DESIGN RIGHTS

You can verify our design right by visiting IPO and entering our design registration number, which is 4010775. Your new footstool will then be manufactured in our own workshop based in Chelmsford, where all our upholstery work is carried out.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

Our payment procedure involves a 25% deposit via bank transfer or cheque to cover the cost of materials. Once we have completed your order, we email you pictures of your completed stools to ensure you are happy with the finished article before we request a final payment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

When we have received your cleared payment, we arrange delivery of the completed order. Delivery is normally the next day from collection. The prices quoted on this product are inclusive of fabric from our preferred suppliers up to a maximum of £30 per metre. The products we use are from Ross Fabrics™ and Cover-Tex Ltd™.
